Ladies, do you have a checklist handy to make sure all tasks and responsibilites get done each day? Laundry...check. Work deadline...check. Pay bills...check. What's for dinner?! Groceries...check. Sometimes our time with Jesus is checked off with the same enthusiasm as the grocery list! If our relationship with Jesus isn't close-it doesn't feel like a real relationship. But another thing that gets checked off the list.
We all want deep relationships. Though we can experience deep relationships with others, there will always be a hole in our hearts for the perfect love of Christ. A hole that no one else can fill. But, what does that really mean? How do we pursue intimacy with an invisible God? What if we do not feel worthy of His love? How can we respond when troubles kidnap our security in Christ?
These six powerful sessions, are lead by Author and Bible teacher Lisa Harper. Lisa walks us through the book of the Bible, Song of Solomon to answer those questions and more. Lisa takes a Christ-centered approach to illustrate how this love story of a powerful King and a regular girl is relevant to your life and relationship with Jesus today. As she brings clarity to the text and as you watch real-life stories from other women, you will learn how to embrace God's perfect love and realize your own beauty and worth in God's eyes.
The doors open at 6:00pm each Monday night. Come and fellowship with us a bit early, as our study time begins right at 6:30pm. We will be done by 8:00pm. We hope to see you there! If you have questions contact us by email and one of the women facilitators for this group will be happy to contact you.
